    We accept walk-in patients during business hours. No appointment necessary, though calling ahead is recommended.

  • Sliding Scale Fees

    Our services are offered on a sliding fee scale based on income. No one is turned away for inability to pay.

  • Bring Your Information

    Please bring a photo ID and proof of income if available. Bring any current medication lists or prior medical records.

  • Insurance Status

    You do not need health insurance to receive care. We are here for everyone in our community who needs it.
